We’re looking for a new colleague to join our ambitious and dynamic Marketing Deployment team in Malmö, with focus on Offline Channels.
Our Marketing Deployment team is the bridge between brand strategy and our consumers, transforming creative assets into live, personalized experiences across various channels, online and offline. The offline team act as the "detail-oriented doers", utilizing physical touchpoints in entertainment or retail universe, guaranteeing quality of execution and on-the-ground implementation of marketing campaigns, with the ambition of acquiring, converting and retaining our consumers. This role support ongoing marketing offline activation projects, collaborating with creative and execution partner agencies, cross-functional teams, while giving clear visibility of budget allocation, performance monitoring, and KPI reporting.

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Executive channel marketing deployment plans (offline) aligned to brand plans and cycle objectives.
- Monitor activity KPIs, performance and report results and insights into marketing drumbeats and post implementation reviews.
- Support hands-on deployment of marketing activations across brands and projects within the channel scope.
- Brief, manage and challenge creative, media, production and deployment agencies to ensure timely, high-quality and cost-efficient execution.
- Manage project budget, spend tracking, financial reporting and invoice control.
- Plan and deploy experiential marketing activations in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring brand consistency, high-quality execution and delivery against agreed objectives
- Comply and implement activities in accordance with the rules of laws and regulations relating to environmental protection, safety at work and fire protection, and internal EHS or Sustainability standards and procedures.
What are we looking for?
- Finished master’s degree in 2022-2025 in Marketing or Business.
- Previous experience in marketing deployment, activation, digital marketing, trade marketing or a similar role.
- FMCG experience strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience deploying marketing plans across digital and physical consumer touchpoints.
- Strong understanding of key marketing principles: consumer needs, consumer behaviours and journeys and activation channels & touchpoints.
- Strong understanding of consumer journeys and activation mechanics.
- Strong project management skills and ability to maintain focus on several projects at the same time and effective planning/prioritization skills.
- Experience briefing, managing and challenging agencies (creative, media, production, deployment).
- Clear execution mindset, with a strong focus on delivery quality, consistency and results.
- Resilience and adaptability, with an ability to work in a fast-paced highly regulated environment.
Full professional proficiency in English; Swedish is an advantage
