We’re looking for a new colleague to join our ambitious and dynamic Marketing Deployment team in Malmö, with focus on Offline Channels.
Our Marketing Deployment team is the bridge between brand strategy and our consumers, transforming creative assets into live retail and activation execution across channels. The offline team acts as the “detail-oriented doers”, ensuring high-quality, consistent and efficient implementation of marketing campaigns across physical touchpoints.
In this role, you will primarily support the operational and administrative execution of marketing activities, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure smooth deployment of campaigns, materials, and systems.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Marketing Execution & Coordination
- Support execution of retail marketing plans and in-store activations
- Coordinate production and deployment of POSM with agencies and suppliers
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of campaigns across retail channels
POSM & Logistics Operations
- Manage internal POSM platform (stock monitoring, updates, warehouse coordination)
- Support logistics, distribution, and operational follow-up of marketing materials
- Track timelines, deliveries, and execution status across projects
Systems, Data & Administration
- Support data management across systems (e.g. Salesforce CRM, trade platforms)
- Maintain outlet affiliation and product mapping, ensuring data accuracy
- Handle data input, reporting, and documentation related to deployment activities
- Support budget tracking, invoice handling, and general administrative processes
What are we looking for?
- Finished bachelor’s or master’s degree (2022–2025) in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or similar
- Experience in marketing operations, coordination, administration, supply chain, or similar roles is a plus
- Experience working with external agencies, suppliers, or logistics partners is an advantage
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with great attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Comfortable working with systems, tools, and structured operational processes
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Resilient and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Full professional proficiency in English; Swedish is an advantage
