British American Tobacco Mexicohas an exciting opportunity for a Indirects Procurement Intern in Monterrey
Support the Indirects Procurement Management Team through purchasing activities, sourcing processes and the supplier management relationship to ensure the correct delivery of the different services under the guidelines of the Purchasing Policy. Support the monitoring and reporting of the main KPIs (savings, cash flow, contract management, master data compliance, stakeholders’ management).
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Communication with local suppliers
- Support to innovation projects, savings, and sourcing process.
- Creation and management of content in COUPA
- Management of key Indirect Procurement KPIs and follow-up sessions
- Development of strategic projects for process optimization
- Support in supplier data management
- Validation, creation, and update of PIRs
What are we looking for?
- Advanced student in Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, Chemical Engineering or related fields
- Projected graduation date of June 2027 or later
- Availability to work in a hybrid modality
- Advanced proficiency in English, Coupa, MS Excel and Power BI
- Basic proficiency in SAP
- Effective communication and leadership skills
