Purpose Statement:
To ensure the effective implementation of all quality assurance processes during production shifts, guaranteeing that Finished Goods (FG) and Semi-Finished Goods (SFG) meet defined quality standards, while supporting safe, compliant, and efficient operations in SMD and FMD.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute the quality control plan during production shifts, ensuring compliance with defined standards
Perform physical parameter checks and visual inspections of FG and SFG
Ensure all quality procedures, work instructions, and checklists are properly applied on the shop floor
Monitor, record, and report quality inspection results and process data accurately and in a timely manner
Ensure VISTA qualification is maintained at ≥ 85%
Conduct sampling and analysis of suspicious or non-conforming products to determine acceptability
Ensure SPC charts and visual checklists are completed and maintained by the production team
Support and ensure quality compliance during trials, MQSs, and NPIs
Execute Non-Conforming Product (NCP) and Non-Conformance Management (NCM) procedures
Monitor and report environmental conditions (temperature and humidity) impacting product quality
Ensure calibration of measuring instruments in the QA laboratory and on the shop floor according to the calibration plan
Support all quality-related activities (e.g., beetle count, environmental monitoring)
Contribute to the implementation and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System
Support the execution of all actions related to the Quality pillar (IWS)

Collaborate effectively with Quality, Production, and Supply Chain teams
Demonstrate strong ownership and accountability for product quality
Communicate effectively on quality issues, deviations, and improvements
Promote a culture of quality, continuous improvement, and operational excellence
Actively participate in knowledge sharing and team capability development
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or Technical Diploma in a relevant technical field
Basic knowledge of quality systems and quality control processes
Good understanding of laboratory testing equipment and methods
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in MS Office
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in French; English is a plus
Good time management and organizational skills
High level of responsibility and attention to detail

Follow the Factory ESG and EH&S policies and procedures
Commit to ESG and safety reporting requirements
Actively participate in ESG and safety mindset improvement initiatives
Encourage and support ESG-related initiatives
Act responsibly in achieving ESG targets and sustainability objectives
