Revenue Manager is to partner and support the delivery of sustainable growth and create value as part of the area centre of expertise throughout the key focus areas of pricing, excise and consumer discounting. Translate tactics into plans and, providing commercial insights relating to future performance in terms of pricing / future investments.
Your key responsibilities will include:
BUSINESS ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Drive Revenue agenda for CZ/SK including organizing Cluster P&E meetings and preparing price recommendations based on insights / analysis,
- Analyze variances and financial modelling to accurately reflect the impact of proposed strategies on the operating results of the business and to support informed business decisions,
- Accountability for total NTO management and delivery,
- Business partnering for other functions:
- Support Resource allocation team in preparation of BC & PIR
- Act as support to Consumer Experience, LEX and Trade teams
- Ensure industry and competitor reviews cover all relevant categories to enable informed decisions,
- Controls and governance: Governance of pricing proposals, CN controls related to Revenue,
PEOPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Ensure Talent & Reward cycles are followed OTIF.
- Ensure that all administrative activities related to Managing Team (Joiner, Mover, Leaver), recruitment, performance improvement, time-off etc. are performed and followed OTIF.
- Ensure that appropriate performance objectives are in place for all employees within the team and measured against targets OTIF.
- Provide timely feedback and clarity on performance standards whilst coaching and developing performance of the team.
- Encourage development of the team through 70-20-10 concept.
EHS:
- Implement the company EHS policy and plan.
- Ensure all employees and sub-contractors are suitably trained/competent to carry out the prescribed task and that the necessary licenses/certificates of competence are in force and appropriate.
- Ensure appropriate Risk Assessments on activities within the department are performed, and that the all premises and processes are safe
What are we looking for?
- University degree in Economics or relevant area
- At least 4-5 years of experience in Finance department in FMCG company
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Experience in strategic analysis & planning and execution, performance metrics, project evaluation, commercial acumen
- Thorough understanding and knowledge of relevant finance tools and systems (i.e. SAP / BI /BPC)
- Ability to simplify complex situations and synthesize, communicate, and present complex information
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing, communication & interpersonal skills
- Accurate and timely reporting and effective working relationship with other functions
