British American Tobacco North Macedonia has an exciting opportunity for a HR Specialist in Skopje
The HR Specialist will play a pivotal role in implementing the Human Resources strategy, coordinate employment lifecycle administration, run talent attraction campaigns, collaborate with external organizations, coordinate recruitment processes, and provide comprehensive HR support to all BAT employees.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinate the employment lifecycle administration (as per local legislation, policies and procedures) and ensure all company and labor related documents, policies and procedures are up-to-date and implemented by BAT’s approved practice
- Create and lead innovative, efficient and effective talent attraction campaigns and provide full support to all BAT employees in relation to administrative and HR procedures;
- Lead collaboration with universities, students’ organizations, job fairs, career planning organizations and Lead recruitment and selection processes and assist in running company employer brand activities;
- Cascade the Joiner/Mover/Leaver information to all relevant internal and external parties and coordinate necessary administration required by authorities and other relevant parties (both internally and externally);
- Drive and assist Talent Management and Learning and Development processes, as per agreed agenda and Implement and lead EH&S processes and take care of employees’ wellbeing.
What are we looking for?
- University degree - graduated
- Excellent English and Macedonian proficiency
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR (experience in administration, planning and employer branding is a plus) and the ability to work in an international and multicultural environment; with very agile attitude, willing to lead both tactical and strategic activities.
- Excellent team player with the ability to deliver results under pressure and run multiple projects.
- Driver of new initiatives; a motivator of change, open-minded and ready to self-develop person.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint; detail-oriented, patient, and well-coordinated
