- オフラインにおけるD2C活動を効率、効率的に行うための基盤の形成、および運用モデルの確立
-指定された条件下において、費用対効果を最大化するための新たな活動モデルの立案、実行のリード
- 関係部門、協力会社等との協議をベースとした、実現性の高いモデルの構築
- モデル導入に対する部門間調整および、進捗・予算の管理
-マーケティング戦略及び、KPIに基づく効果、効率的なプランの立案およびリード
-D2Cプランに基づく、プロジェクトマネージメントの励行
- 適切なスケジュールおよび、プロセスのマネジメントを行う
- 進捗管理及び、評価を行い更なる向上機会を探求する
- 特定された課題に対しアクションプランの提案及び実行
-合意された予算内で、効果、効率的な運用管理を行う
-継続的にコスト削減機会を特定し、予算の最適化を図る
