Your key responsibilities will include:
- Deliver EH&S results and contribute to overall company objectives as per company plan and EHS budgets
- Implement EHS systems and procedures to achieve the agreed Company EHS Roadmap score and annual Action Plan targets
- Periodically review compliance through regular audits and inspections
- Leading investigations of accidents and incidents at work including supervision of necessary corrective actions implementation
- Maintenance of records and documentation to meet company and legal requirements
- Ensures office facilities and Field Force practices align with Company and legislative requirements for safety and the environment through the implementation of EH&S policies and procedures
- Organize appropriate EH&S training and awareness activities for employees and contractors to keep them abreast of current EH&S practices and procedures
- Ensure environmental targets are met and drive environmental initiatives
What are we looking for?
- Higher education degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Protection, Engineering, or a related field
- Qualifications required to perform the role of an Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Specialist in accordance with applicable legal requirements
- Proven experience in EHS
- Sound working knowledge of safety and environmental legislation and practices
- Experience in conducting risk assessments, accident investigations, and workplace inspections
- Ability to develop and deliver OHS training programs
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Fluent Polish and communicative English (written and spoken)
- OHS auditor qualifications and experience with ISO 45001 standards will be an advantage
