British American Tobacco Poland has an exciting opportunity for a Revenue Growth Manager in Warsaw
The RGM Manager is responsible for the development and execution of the RGM Strategy for Central Europe, capturing revenue growth opportunities across categories through a variety of business initiatives and championing RGM attitude across the organization.
The RGM Manager delivers data-driven insights to influence pricing, promotion, assortment, and trade investment decisions, while identifying risks and growth opportunities. The role plays also a key part in embedding an RGM attitude across the organization, supporting major commercial initiatives, and strengthening RGM capabilities in strong collaboration with End Market teams, Area Finance, and the Global Revenue Growth Management Team.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Drive sustainable revenue growth in partnership with a cross-functional team by applying RGM methodologies and tools to develop and influence the strategies that grow revenue and improve profitability through effective management of the four RGM pillars: pricing, promotion, assortment and trade investments.
- Ensure transparent and objective financial insights to support short-, medium-, and long-term commercial decision-making, including:
1. Providing pricing-related insights and perspectives related to competitor activities, consumer trends and interactions across categories and price segments.
2. Analyzing promotional activities to deliver best practice guidelines and budget allocation recommendations.
3. Supporting assortment analysis and driving business-relevant recommendations on the price pack architecture.
4. Monitoring and shaping trade investment in close collaboration with end market teams; supporting major relevant initiatives such as Customers’ margin management.
- Build collaborative, outcome-focused working relationships with key local and area collaborators, including close partnership with Market & Area Leadership Teams.
- Act as key contact person for collaboration and engagement with commercial teams (Marketing, Trade, Finance). Play an active role as a member of Central Europe team, ensuring continuous improvement of required capabilities, with emphasis on strong analytical skills and commercial acuity for the team.
- Manage projects related to data and analytics toolkits, collaborating with Global RGM Center of Excellence and Data & analytics Teams to evolve RGM capabilities at BAT.Proactively contributes to the development of new tools & reports, which help to simplify day-to-day activities & deliver commercial insights.
- Ensure compliance with Group Policies, incl. Standards of Business Conduct, Marketing Governance Framework, Accounting Principles.
What are we looking for?
- University degree in Finance, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a global FMCG company, consulting, or a similarly dynamic operating environment, with a consistent track record in revenue growth management, sales analytics, marketing research, consumer insights, or category management.
- Strong commercial skills with expert knowledge on revenue generation, return on investment, profitability, key pricing principles and margin management.
- Advanced technical skills, including Excel, Power Query/Power BI, and PowerPoint, with the ability to work with large datasets. Experience with Python or other big data technologies is a plus.
- Excellent influencing, leadership, and social skills, with the ability to communicate, negotiate, and collaborate effectively across functions while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Strong strategic analysis, planning and execution skills with excellent commercial competence.
- Ability to simplify complex situations, synthesize, communicate, and present complex information. Insightful, comfortable with ambiguity and uncertainty, pro-active, collaborative, and consultative.
