- General HR Support : Providing general support to the HR team and management, including handling HR-related queries from employees and managers.
- HR Projects : Assisting with HR projects such as performance management processes, employee engagement initiatives, and diversity and inclusion programs.
- Employee Communication: Assisting in the creation and distribution of employee communications such as newsletters, memos, and announcements.
Knowledge Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a generalist or HR admin
- Good knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulation
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
