BAT JORDAN IS LOOKING FOR A HR ASSOCIATE
JOB TITLE: HR Associate, Levant
LOCATION: Amman, Jordan
WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
- The HR Associate will play a key role in supporting HR operations across the Levant (Lebanon & Jordan & Libya), ensuring the smooth execution of HR processes and initiatives in alignment with business needs.
- Act as a point of contact for HR-related queries, providing administrative and operational support to employees and managers across all Levant.
- Assist the HRBP in implementing HR policies, ensuring compliance, and preparing reports to support decision-making.
- Support on documentation and liaise with PROs to facilitate smooth onboarding, internal movements, and offboarding processes across the Levant.
- Ensure all relevant departments (IT, Admin, Payroll, Facilities, etc.) are informed of JML updates in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of employee changes and ensure compliance with local labor regulations.
- Work closely with the HRBP to forecast and plan the talent pipeline based on business needs.
- Actively contribute to employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture and morale.
- Ensure HR systems and databases are updated with accurate employee information.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field, Master’s degree is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Arabic languages is a must
- Strong understanding of HR systems and processes, with the ability to maintain and update HR databases accurately
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
