As the Activation Deployment Executive, for the cluster of Greece, Malta, Cyprus and Israel (GMCI), you will be responsible for managing and executing Events & Entertainment initiatives and activation, ensuring they align with organizational objectives, engage target audiences and deliver exceptional experiences. This role requires a mix strategic planning, creative development, logistics coordination, and stakeholders engagement, to ensure efficient day-to-day operations, develop marketing initiatives, and consumer satisfaction. The role reports to the Consumer Activation Manager of GMCI cluster.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Strategic Planning & Budgeting: Develop and implement comprehensive plans for events and entertainment programs, including budgeting, scheduling, sales forecast and resource allocation.
- Creative Direction & Programming: In collaboration with local agencies, design and execute innovative entertainment concepts that resonate with target audiences, enhancing brand presence and consumers' engagement.
- 1-2-1 Brand Ambassadors Management: In collaboration with agency partners, build, manage & execute 360o consumer journey from contact to purchase, in alignment with company’s KPIs.
- Promotional Strategies: Responsible to develop and implement strategies that drive attendance and engagement.
- Vendor & Talent Management: Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and talent agencies to secure quality services and performances.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and clients to ensure seamless execution and alignment with organizational objectives.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all events and horeca activations comply with legal regulations and organizational policies, managing risks and addressing any issues promptly.
- Post-Activation Evaluation: Conduct evaluations to assess the success of events, gathering feedback to inform future planning and continuous improvement.
What are we looking for?
- University degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 4+ years' experience in Marketing/Commercial roles, ideally in HoReCa within a global matrix organization
- Proven track record in offline channel strategy and sales activation
- Proficient in MS Office, SAP, and invoicing processes (PRs/POs)
- Strong cross-functional project management and organizational skills
- Creative thinker with multitasking abilities and a commercial mindset
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluent in Greek and English; experienced in omnichannel marketing
