LEVEL: Middle Management
As a Senior Brand Executive, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping the brand’s presence, driving consumer engagement, and executing innovative marketing strategies across multiple channels. Working closely with the Brand Manager, you’ll help bring brand-building initiatives to life, ensuring seamless integration across key strategic pillars to fuel business growth. With a strong focus on digital and social media, you’ll optimize the brand’s online presence while staying aligned with global marketing guidelines. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assist Brand Manager in developing of Brand plans and roadmap per cluster.
- Assist in adapting and executing campaign plans through internal stakeholders.
- Plan and deliver key brand activities on time and in full, optimizing efficiencies and effectiveness. Ensure all the required brand tools (pack, product, communication, research plans,) are managed effectively to meet required key milestones whilst ensuring alignment with brand strategy. Ensure all marketing regulatory requirements are aligned through engagement with LeX
- Assess campaigns effectiveness through data analysis and market visits.
- Review and analyse, research & brand performance in a clear concise manner to understand brand issues and market opportunities providing sound recommendations, focus on required actions
- Upskill acumen in product and packaging requirements to help drive effective consultation with the technical expert team(s) to deliver on innovative and superior quality of pack and product solutions aligned with desired brand ambitions
- Support Brand Manager in maximizing ROI and Brand P&L and actively report brand expenditure to ensure it does not exceed budget defined in operational brand plan.
- Stakeholder engagement- Collaborate with and manage internal project stakeholders to ensure the effective delivery of brand programs.
- Manage external agencies partners to ensure day to day activities related brand programs are performed with required quality and agreed cost & timescales
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Collaborate with agency to develop and execute the social media strategy, ensuring alignment with global brand guidelines
- Collaborate with internal digital teams to ensure seamless execution of paid and organic social media campaigns
What are we looking for?
- >3-year Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / diploma in Marketing or business discipline
- >5 years’ experience in marketing, ideally within CPG company (Brand marketing preferred), premium lifestyle brands, or a regulated industry.
- Excellent communication, presentation, storytelling and influencing skills
- Demonstrated experience of utilizing actionable consumer insights into strong recommendations for decision making.
- Experience in social media management, including content creation, platform strategy, and analytics.
- Experience in digital marketing, including paid media, influencer marketing, and CRM.
- Must be agile and have strong decision-making abilities
- Self-starter must be able to take ownership of tasks and work within a team.
- Demonstrated ability to manage 3 rd party agencies to deliver on time and in full.
