As Activation Development Executive, you will be responsible for assessing the current Activation capabilities available and proposing and scoping news ways to elevate BAT execution and optimize our business KPIs deliver.
Here is a list of accountabilities of this role:
- Scope and Feasibility for implementation of new activation/ trade capabilities aligned with business priorities, including cross-functional collaboration to assess legal requirements, resource allocation, etc.
- Identify potential new partners/ agencies.
- Pilot new B2B capabilities and validate potential for expansion.
- Customer Loyalty Program management.
You will also be a colleague for other +12 young and spirited team-mates committed to challenge the status quo and build best-in-class execution in Denmark and who you can rely on to speed your understand about our business and the effectiveness of our Activation existing infra-structure.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Ideally you have experience with at least one or two of the three fields: Activation, Sales or Loyalty as well as experience with project management.
- Strong interpersonal skills and an inspirational personality.
- Creative mindset.
- Strong commercial acumen.
