As an Accounts Planning Analyst, your primary responsibility is to facilitate communication and coordination between the Area Marketing, Finance, Key Accounts, and Consumer Experience teams. Your role involves supporting the development and execution of comprehensive cycle plans for each account, covering various aspects such as launch strategies, portfolio management, listing fees, visibility initiatives, and activation activities. You will contribute to ensuring effective collaboration across different teams to align strategies and achieve successful account management and overall business objectives. Additionally, you will assist in supporting Integrated Business Planning (IBP) activities to enable effective monthly planning.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Collaborate closely with the Accounts Planning Manager to support the execution of cycle plans for each account.
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies for launches, portfolio management, listing fees, visibility, and activation activities.
- Aid in the execution of launch strategies for new products or services within each account.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely and effective implementation of launch plans.
- Support the Accounts Planning Manager in managing the product or service portfolio within each account.
- Assist in analysing performance data and providing insights for portfolio optimization.
- Assist in negotiating and managing listing fees with Key Accounts, ensuring adherence to agreed-upon terms.
- Collaborate with Finance to support accurate budgeting and financial planning.
- Contribute to the development and execution of strategies for visibility and activation activities within each account.
- Collaborate with Consumer Experience teams to enhance customer engagement and brand visibility.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and implementation of account plans.
- Support effective communication between Area Marketing, Finance, Key Accounts, and Consumer Experience teams.
- Assist in establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) for account planning activities.
- Contribute to the monitoring and analysis of performance metrics, providing relevant data for reports.
What are we looking for?
- Demonstrated experience in account planning, key account management, or related roles
- Basic understanding of marketing, finance, and consumer experience dynamics
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate across diverse teams and functions
- Strong analytical and problem – solving abilities
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving business objectives
- Bachelor’s Degree
