British American Tobacco UK&I has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Activation Manager, Offline in UK&I.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Own the delivery of End Market consumer experience strategy translated into consumer activation campaign in offline channels, ensuring robust CDF conversions and market share objectives:
- Contribute into development and deliver End market multicategory consumer experience cycle plans in line with Brand articulation strategy and communication objectives & priorities meeting End market needs & capabilities.
- Lead local Campaign development and adaptation of Area touchpoint packages for all categories.
- Ensure planned activities are efficient and effective with the right KPIs tracking in place and propose mitigation plan maximising delivery of consumer traction targets.
- Actively manage agencies in order to ensure local toolkit developed OTIF.
- Ensure the delivery of multicategory guidelines taking into account End market specifics.
- Manage budgets.
- Actively provide recommendations on how best to use the channel and touchpoints available in order to deliver Direct to consumer strategy.
- Close collaboration with Online channels activation to ensure synergy across touchpoints.
- Proactively collaborate with the Trade End market team and Area CX & Brand team providing Consumer activation insights.
- Ensure excellence in execution and impactful consumer experiences.
- Deliver against market specific consumer experience KPIs.
- Lead & develop the team.
What are we looking for?
- Extensive professional experience working with Brands.
- Resilient and adaptable, with an ability to work in a fast-paced highly regulated environment.
- Proven experience working in a highly regulated industry FMCG industry.
- Proven experience working with Virgin markets building new categories from scratch.
- Previous line management experience including managing managers within a broader team.
- Effective stakeholder management - working with and managing multiple stakeholders (internal and external agencies) with an ability to prioritise conflicting requirements and escalate issues to drive resolution when required.
- Engaging and inspiring approach to work, providing direction and focus to drive people for results. Commercially minded and consumer centric, engaging stakeholders proactively.
- Embraces change: enjoys working in a constantly evolving environment.
- Has a growth mind-set: relentless in the pursuit of growth and perfectionism.
- Experience working with Trade and Insights.
