JOB TITLE: Student Assistant Customer Experience
FUNCTION: Marketing
SUB FUNCTION: Retail Campaign
CITY & COUNTRY: Malmo, Sweden
What are the key objectives and expectations from this role?
The position is in our Swedish Customer Experience team based in Malmo, where you will support our Retail Activation Manager in driving Swedish market activities and the team in their day to day tasks. You will assist in planning and executing campaigns and Point of Sale Materials (POSM) in Swedish retail stores, understand channel brand performance, and maintain communication with the field.
The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel. An interest in marketing and retail operations is essential, and knowledge of the Swedish market is a plus.
You will be given responsibility for your own tasks and projects from the beginning, allowing you to learn, grow and develop your career.
What is the direct impact of this role on the team or organization?
You will have direct impact on the Swedish business through ensuring our projects are deployed smoothly and providing our team with the tools and support they need on a day to day basis.

Experience Required
- Are you currently completing or recently completed a bachelor degree in marketing or economics

- You are structured and with strong communication skills
- You thrive with tasks that require strong attention to detail
- Have an ability to work independently and drive own projects and tasks
- Have advanced Excel and Powerpoint skills
