British American Tobacco Mexico has an exciting opportunity for a HR Data Intern in Monterrey
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Download and organize cost reports from global providers in SAP, and oversee payments related to expatriate costs for all LANCAR entities.
- Work closely with the finance team to ensure proper reclassification of costs between functions related to expatriate charges.
- Collect and organize headcount and labor cost data for all LANCAR entities, ensuring accuracy and consistency, and coordinate with HR teams to ensure access to system tools.
- Resolve issues related to the use of LANCAR’s HR tools, maintain effective communication with the global headcount team, and continuously monitor relevant KPI´s for HR.
- Identify and implement improvements in internal processes to increase efficiency, and support cost tracking and forecasting initiatives to ensure accurate financial planning.
What are we looking for?
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree with graduation projected for mid-2026 or later.
- Student of Human Resources or Administration.
- Intermediate level in Excel and advanced level in English.
- Basic knowledge in Power BI or other data analysis tools is desirable.
- Availability to work in Monterrey and commit to 30 hours per week.
- International experience, work experience, and languages will be considered a plus. These are generally indicators of potential and leadership competencies.
- Extracurricular activities (sports, student representation, academic).
