We are looking for a proactive professional to join our HR team, with passion for HR. If you are eager to contribute to the growth and success of our fast-paced and dynamic business, this opportunity is for you!
Analyse, coordinate and execute key responsibilities of payroll and benefits management to ensure compliance with local policies and programs.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Payroll management of multinational companies.
- Termination calculations.
- Taxes calculations (ISR, ISN).
- Accounting reconciliations & CFDI.
- Management of IMSS, INFONAVIT & INFONACOT
- Affiliate movements
- Payment calculations
- INFONAVIT credit analysis
- Attend to audits & requirements from authority
- Benefit management: insurance, memberships, food coupons, saving fund.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related.
- Early professional with at least 2 years of experience in similar roles.
- Intermediate- Advanced English level.
- Numeracy and analysis skills.
- Advanced Excel level.
- Knowledge of payroll systems and other government portals.
- Communication and negotiation skills.
- Fast learning and prioritization to deliver high quality results.
- Think strategically and problem solving capabilities.
