British American Tobacco Mexico has an exciting opportunity for a Price Deployment Executive in Monterrey
This role will work as a business partner for the US Growth Management Team by providing support for deployment related activities. This role is an enabler to help the end market to completely and accurately deploy Brand & Growth Management pricing initiatives. The role will help support the RMSC Growth strategies by collaborating with a number of internal and external partners.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Support deployment processes (inclusive but not limited to Retail Delivered Discounting (RDD), Manufacturer Price Increases (MPI), State Specific Off Invoice (SSOI), Promotional levers, etc).
- Collaborates with other Growth Management teams, Finance, Planning and Deployment functions to ensure that pricing plans and related activities are accurately communicated and deployed in a timely manner.
- Responsible for development and maintenance of compliance related tools to support Field Trade Marketing (FTM).
- Works closely with DBS and 3rd Party vendors to ensure timely execution of resources.
- Responsible for accurately maintaining critical FTM & internal documentation related to pricing resources.
- Continually looks for efficiencies and improvements in our processes by supporting cross-functional workstreams.
- Demonstrates leadership skills to contribute to team’s success and to positively impact and support FTM.
What are we looking for?
- At least 3 years of professional experience, at least 2+ years in project management, pricing, promotions, customer planning, sales strategy, or strategic planning with emphasis on Tobacco industry or FMCGs is desirable.
- Fluent in English, written and spoken and time management skills with an ability to adhere to strict deadlines and deliverables.
- Demonstrated strong communication skills, both oral and written and ability to make sound and timely decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong written and verbal presentation skills; able to process and present complex information in simple and digestible formats
- Ability to communicate technical information in a consolidated and straightforward way and ability to manage multiple stakeholders both virtually and physically in the office.
- Must be able to manage confidential information.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, MicroStrategy, and the ability to quickly learn and use cloud-based third-party applications
- Bachelor's Degree required, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Business Administration or Engineering preferred.
