Le rôle est responsable degarantir le traitement précis et ponctuel de la paie pour tous les employés tout en respectant les réglementations et les politiques de l'entreprise. Il implique la gestion des activités de paie, le soutien aux audits et la gestion de la planification financière et du reporting des coûts de personnel, y compris la réconciliation et l'analyse des écarts.

Vos zones de responsabilité sont :

  • Superviser le cycle annuel de la paie, en garantissant un traitement précis et ponctuel des paies bihebdomadaires et mensuelles, et gérer les remises et déclarations fiscales de fin d'année.

  • Assurer que toutes les taxes sur les salaires et les déductions obligatoires sont calculées, déclarées et remises aux autorités gouvernementales de manière précise, et agir en tant que point de contact unique pour les demandes liées au gouvernement.

  • Mener des revues budgétaires semestrielles, valider la paie pour les nouveaux expatriés, calculer les refacturations semestrielles et gérer l'exécution des services fiscaux externalisés.

  • Administrer les régimes de retraite (contribution définie, prestation définie et retraite & avantages des retraités), superviser la validation des remises de pension et assurer la conformité avec les réglementations Sarbanes-Oxley (SoX).

  • Gérer l'exécution des services externalisés, en se concentrant sur les accords de niveau de service, la gestion des coûts et le maintien de relations solides avec les gestionnaires de comptes.

  • Préparer et fournir des informations financières précises (budgets, prévisions et résultats réels), suivre et rendre compte des économies, et superviser les rapports et les rapprochements des effectifs aux finances.

  • Effectuer des modélisations financières, des analyses de sensibilité et de scénarios, identifier et mettre en œuvre des améliorations d'efficacité, et soutenir les parties prenantes internes par une implication et une interaction proactives.

  • Assurer que les activités de clôture de fin de mois et les rapports financiers sont effectués à temps, effectuer des revues analytiques mensuelles et présenter les performances des coûts de l'emploi à la direction.

Ce quoi ce qu’on recherche ?

  • Diplôme de baccalauréat en comptabilité, finance, ressources humaines ou dans un domaine connexe.

  • Expérience avérée dans le traitement et la gestion de la paie, avec une solide connaissance des réglementations et des exigences de conformité en matière de paie.

  • Minimum de 2 ans d'expérience dans un environnement dynamique mondial de FMCG ou similaire.

  • Maîtrise des outils et systèmes financiers, en particulier SAP / BI / BPC, et de la suite Microsoft Office, en particulier Excel.

  • Excellentes compétences analytiques et capacité à gérer de grands volumes d'informations avec précision.

  • Solides compétences interpersonnelles avec la capacité de travailler efficacement avec tous les niveaux de personnel et les parties externes.

  • Capacité à travailler sous pression, à respecter des délais serrés et à s'adapter à un environnement en évolution rapide.

  • Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français, avec une approche proactive et orientée vers les détails.

The role is responsible forensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees while maintaining compliance with relevant regulations and company policies. It involves managing payroll activities, supporting audits, and handling financial planning and reporting of employment costs, including reconciliation and variance analysis.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supervise the annual payroll cycle, ensuring timely and accurate processing of bi-weekly and monthly payrolls, and manage year-end payroll tax remittance and filings.

  • Ensure all payroll taxes and mandatory deductions are accurately calculated, reported, and remitted to government authorities, and act as the SPOC for government-related inquiries.

  • Conduct bi-annual budget reviews, validate payroll for new expats, calculate recharges bi-annually, and manage the execution of outsourced tax services.

  • Administer pension plans (defined contribution, defined benefit, and retiree pension & benefits), oversee pension remittance validation, and ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SoX) regulations.

  • Manage the execution of outsourced services, focusing on service level agreements, cost management, and maintaining strong relationships with account managers.

  • Prepare and deliver accurate financial information (Budgets, Forecasts, and Actual results), track and report on savings, and oversee headcount to financials reporting and reconciliations.

  • Perform financial modelling, sensitivity, and scenario analysis, identify and implement efficiency improvements, and support internal stakeholders through proactive involvement and interaction.

  • Ensure month-end close activities and financial reporting are performed on time, perform monthly analytical reviews, and present Employment Cost performance to senior leadership.

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in payroll processing and management, with strong knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance requirements.

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a global FMCG or similar dynamic operating environment.

  • Proficiency in finance tools and systems, specifically SAP / BI / BPC, and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to handle large volumes of information accurately.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with all levels of staff and external parties.

  • Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to a rapidly changing environment.

  • Fluency in English and French, with a detail-oriented and proactive approach to work.
