JOB TITLE: Student Assistant

BAT Norway is seeking a driven and passionate Student Assistant to support our Field Force, Activation and Key Account Departments. As a Student Assistant, you will have direct impact on our Trade Team in Norway through ensuring that our office colleagues and Field Force are always up-to date by providing them with the tools and support they need to excel, and new plans are implemented efficiently to the Norwegian market.
The position will be working 50% flexible with your studies and will be based in our Oslo office located on Dronning Eufemias gate in the Barcode District, close to the harbour, central station, and private parking. - Support the Activation team in planning and executing brand activities, trade materials, internal and external events, weekly and monthly reports
- Support Finance and Key Account team in documents management, invoice processing, reports and ad hoc tasks
- Be the key contact and manage office coordinator tasks, office administration and systems maintenance
EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE
ESSENTIAL
Experience Required
- Currently completing a Bachelor or Masters degree in Marketing, Business, Economics or similar
- Able to be presence at our Oslo office 100% during work hours (Work From Home not possible due to scope of responsibilities)
- Have previous experience in internship or similar positions is a plus
Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required
- Fluency in Norwegian & English (verbally and written)
- Proactive, structured and with good time management skills
- Can adapt quickly to changes, resilient and have strong drive to learn and excel
- Organised and thrive with tasks that require strong attention to detail
- Have an ability to work well both in team and independently and drive own projects and tasks
- Fast learners, excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Have advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
Education / Qualifications / Certifications Required

- Preferably you will be able to hold the role for 12 months or more, aligned with your studies completion date.
