British American Tobacco Romania angajează Process Lead  în Ploiesti.

Principalele tale responsabilțăti vor include:

  • Dezvolta nivelul de intelegere tehnica al echipelor operationale, pentru a creste capacitatea de control asupra sistemelor de proces.
  • Monitorizarea urmatoarelor sisteme de proces:

Centerline DMS (sistemul pentru reglaje optime).

Changeover DMS (sistemul pentru schimbarile de marca).

Change Management DMS (sistemul pentru reaplicare standarde).

  • Analizeaza zilnic datele legate de pierderile de pe liniile de productie;
  • Diagnosticheaza problemele care apar si in identificarea metodelor de rezolvare, utilizand resursele tehnice ale echipei;
  • Petrece o parte din timpul sau in zona de productie colaborand cu echipele si ajuta la cresterea capabilitatilor oamenilor de control asupra proceselor.

Ce căutăm?

  • Facultate cu profil tehnic in ultimii ani de studiu;
  • Persoana motivata cu abilitati de conducere;
  • Abilitati de comunicare eficienta;
  • Abilitatea de a face prezentari in fata unor grupuri mici;
  • Abilitati analitice (abilitatea de a lucre cu date si informatii).
  • Cunostinte medii de operare Microsoft Excel.
  • Cunostinte de limba engleza la un nivel avansat;
  • Abilitati de baza in rezolvarea problemelor.
