This role is responsible for managing and growing relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to drive revenue and business development. Acting as a trusted advisor to major accounts, the role focuses on understanding client needs, delivering tailored solutions, and fostering long-term partnerships that align with the company’s strategic objectives.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Build and manage strong client relationships, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Drive account growth by identifying upselling opportunities, converting leads, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize performance and recommend strategic actions.
- Ensure operational excellence through consistent communication, timely follow-ups, and efficient issue resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to report insights, align on goals, and support strategic business development.
This position is based in Thessaloniki and requires regular travel within Northern Greece.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field, with 3–4 years of sales experience, ideally in FMCG or fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with proven ability to manage accounts and drive results.
- Fluent in English and Greek, both written and spoken.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset, with high proficiency in Microsoft Office and IT tools.
- Collaborative team player with a proactive, improvement-focused attitude and strong relationship-building abilities.
