BAT Korea has an exciting opportunity for a Paid Media Executive.
The Paid Media Executive is responsible for planning and execution of paid media plan across digital and offline channels, as well as delivering creative ad development and its delivery. Creative ad delivery includes static ads, video ads, tied-up ads, as well as SEM key words. It is required to ensure consistency for comprehensive brand messaging and its visuals, and project management for its delivery to media. This role supports Paid Media Manager to develop paid media strategy and its performance/optimization.
This role also involves SEO strategy development, performance monitoring and its optimization - providing insights and input cross-functionally, to develop and implement SEO contents into other digital touchpoints.
Exploration of new media touch points is also encouraged as part of this role to achieve effective media targeting and performance, to best fit our target audience.

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Develop media ad creatives aligned to overall brand messaging, visual expression, and media plan. Optimize creative expression as well as CTA to achieve better performance.
- Synchronization and alignment cross-functionally to ensure consistent messaging.
- Ensure all executions are fully compliant and approved by Legal & compliance team before its delivery.
- Ensure media censorship and OTIF delivery of finalized resized assets to publisher.
- Exploration of new media touch points for better media targeting and performance to best fit our target audience.
- Develop and plan SEO strategy and tactics. Monitor performance to ensure always-on improvement.
- Responsible for related internal processes and administration such as contract, PO, and its financial management.
- Responsible for both Korea and Japan market, Korea as primary focused.
What are we looking for?
Experience Required
- 2+ years of experience in media ad creative development.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills in agile manner.
- Excellent language skills (Korean) to ensure quality of output.
- Sufficient business level of language skills (English) to ensure quality of internal/external communication.
- Strong communication skill to manage internal/external collaborators..
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required
- Experience and good understanding of data-driven paid media planning and optimization.
- Experience in consumer goods or regulated industries and brands which has regulated marketing restrictions.
- Experience in managing large-scale media ads investment under regulated marketing industry.
- Consumer-centric, Flexible, proactive, agile mind-set and able to work under pressure.
- Resilient to various challenges from business to operational, adjust and optimize to achieve goal.
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability and team work.
- Able to set clear objectives and make strategic decisions with data and facts.
- Strong business mentality, able to simulate business impact.
