British American Tobacco Poland has an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Finance Controller in Warsaw
As a Commercial Finance Controller, you will be an integral member of the Commercial Finance Department, contributing to the delivery of the pricing and revenue growth agenda for Polish commercial entities.
In this role, you will be responsible for revenue forecasting and reporting, supporting business functions, and building recommendations assisting in decision-making process.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting pricing agenda for the Polish market by building recommendations regarding pricing strategy, product launches, and price changes,
- Business partnering and commercial support for Sales and Marketing Departments,
- Management reporting: Profit and Loss reporting, cause of change, variance analysis, commentaries, performance indicators,
- Revenue forecasting – preparing and reviewing forecast during regular reporting cycles,
- Seeking improvements within finance processes and optimizing reporting tools,
- Supporting ad-hoc projects and business cases.
What are we looking for?
- University degree in Finance,
- 2-4 years of Proven working experience in Finance (preferably in FMCG organization) including revenue management, controlling, management accounting and business partnering,
- Commercial drive and Business Partnering attitude
- Proficiency in written and spoken English AND Polish language
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail,
- Proficiency in MS Excel,
- Eager to learn and develop within different areas of finance/business,
- Self-starter, proactive team player, able to deliver results in a dynamic environment under time pressure, manage stakeholders effectively,
- ACCA/CIMA or in progress will be an asset,
- Transactional and reporting systems knowledge (SAP, BPC) will be an asset.
