British American Tobacco Polandhas an exciting opportunity for an Operations HR Executive in Augustów.
The Operations HR Executive ensures the support of the HR projects and initiatives in Operations units of the company and provides HR Business Partner support to teams in Operations and Supply Chain.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Support performance and talent management, development, workforce planning and employee engagement processes in Operations
- Collaborate with other Operations and Commercial HRBPs to co-land people initiatives and identify and help to address systemic people issues to help business succeed in Operations departments
- Build partner relationships with Operations and Supply Chain leaders and their direct reports and function as a strategic HR advisor to Operations / Supply Chain management team for all things people-related
- Collaborate with Area HR CoE teams to support landing of the Global/Area HR initiatives in the respective Operations teams
- Pull metrics and analyze HR trends to assess and support diagnosing the health of the people agenda in respective functions and support the Senior HRBP in developing solutions, programs, and/or policies
- Coordinate Operations HR projects in the area of employee attraction, development and engagement programs, as well as organizational change management and communication
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Supply Chain, Production, Finance, Legal, etc and management, to ensure alignment and timely execution of Operations HR projects; monitor project progress, track milestones, identify issues and adjust as needed to ensure successful completion within budget and timeline.
- Create and deliver presentations to senior leadership on Operations HR projects status, progress, and results
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Work experience in the area of HR within a manufacturing company (min. 3 years’ experience effectively as HRBP with proven experience managing HR-related projects or programs)
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, systems, and tools,experience in change management and employee engagement
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in the changing environment
- Ability to listen, understand customer needs and find appropriate solutions
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to influence and collaborate across teams
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, fluent English
- Advanced skills in data analysis and reporting.
*Please notice this is a fixed term 18 months contract.
