British American TobaccoRomania has an exciting opportunity for a Brand Intern – Fixed Term in Bucharest.
The key objectives and expectations from this role is that by the end of the internship period, demonstrate a correct mastery of the internal processes, understand the roles and responsibilities of the marketing departments, be able to perform operational tasks specific to the area of which it is a part, deliver on time and the entire project that was entrusted at the beginning / during the Internship program.
Reports to: Senior Marketing Management
Core relationships:
- Internal: SP&I, Brand Team, Trade Team, Activation Team -121, Passive activation, New channels, Digital, Entertainment – Events, LEX (Legal & External Affairs)
- External: 3rd party
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Provide support in current marketing activities;
- Provide support and plan activities related to events, products, campaigns;
- Perform the operational coordination of suppliers to ensure the delivery of all marketing activities;
- Provide technical and administrative support for the delivery of all marketing activities;
- Prepare presentations and organize training sessions for teams in accordance with campaign requirements;
- Monitor and evaluate direct activities to increase its efficiency;
- Creates different presentations, reports and analysis at the request of hierarchical superiors.
- Gaining a good understanding of marketing activities;
- Establishes effective working relationships with the relevant departments as well as with external partners.
- Considering that in the previous paragraphs only the main responsibilities were stipulated, the post holder has the duty to fulfil other tasks received through the hierarchical way that are related to his post
What are we looking for?
- Final year student or recent graduate;
- A maximum of 2 years of relevant work and/or internship experiences
- Mandatory good knowledge of the English & Romanian language (reading, writing, speaking).
- Good computer skills (MS Office);
- Minimum knowledge of marketing & analytical skills;
- Relevant extra-curricular initiatives (volunteering, project-based experience, internship);
- Very good self-management skills (proactive, active learning);
