As our organisation continues to grow in Finland, we are looking for a Junior Activation Executive to join us on this exciting journey. You will join our newly established Finnish business unit, working alongside engaged and highly experienced colleagues who are committed to delivering on our strategy and creating real value for our Nordic business. Your key responsibilities will include:
Trade Initiatives & Project Support
- Support ongoing business initiatives and deployment projects based on business needs
- Contribute to initiating, developing, tracking, and evaluating projects, including defining success metrics
Retail Excellence Strategy
- Support collaboration with Retail Partners and suppliers to develop, install, and maintain In Store Furniture (ISF) solutions
- Partner with Area brand teams to execute brand and trade campaigns and track important metrics
Entertainment Platform Strategy
- Plan and execute events and HORECA partnerships aligned with brand and marketing objectives
- Conduct post-event analysis and recommend improvements
- Lead 1-2-1 engagement strategy, including recruitment, briefing, and performance tracking of external agents
Consumer Leadership & Business Growth
- Champion the consumer/shopper to ensure effective brand positioning and market delivery
- Support business cases and New Product Introduction pipeline development
- Monitor performance, analyze brand results, and recommend corrective actions
- Manage initiatives to increase portfolio awareness and identify growth opportunities
Compliance & Standards
- Ensure compliance with environmental, health & safety (EHS), sustainability standards, and applicable regulations
What are we looking for?
As the ideal candidate, you are proactive, creative, and dynamic, with the ability to set clear direction and act quickly to deliver business results. You have strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills, and you can work both independently and effectively as part of a team.
Furthermore, to succeed in the role, you should have:
- A University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Business Information Technology
- Experience from the FMCG industry (beneficial, not mandatory)
- Strong analytical, systems, and numeracy skills, with the ability to manage complexity
- Advanced IT skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and/or Finnish
- Strong communication and planning skills
- A bold, curious, and resilient mindset
- The ability to learn quickly and share learnings
- A strong sense of responsibility, long-term thinking, and a drive to deliver outstanding results
