The team is a strategic function under Finance with purpose of bridging between financial planning & commercial operation. This team focus on translating demand insight into financial planning & performance management as well as providing trajectory for sale & operation based on Company’s target.

To generate Market Insights (market dynamics and competitive environment within the industry); to provide strategic planning in relation to Volume (Sell-in/Sell-out/shipment/Stocks) & Value (Net Turnover/GM) accordingly; to consult Management team with relevant insights and planning to drive for business objectives; and to ensure all reporting processes and governance in line with Global & Regional guidelines

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Take part in managing & driving volume planning & tracking in order to deliver Company target in terms of both volume & financials

• Coordinate with FP&A to analyze gap between volume dynamic vs target and provide financial insight decision-making.
• Support LMs in managing the effectiveness of the Integrated Business Planning Management (IBPM) process with cross-functions, especially in the DP Meeting (DPM) & Regional monthly meetings, in order to provide an evaluation & forecast which will become the base plan for cross-functions’ financial planning & execution activities.
• Prepare related report, deck & data pack for DPM meeting, regional meeting deck and ad hoc requests from regional leadership team. 
• Co-ordinate with business partners (i.e Trade, Supply Chain and Cambodia team) in terms of consolidating monthly volume performance & planning.
• Proactively engage with business partners to foresee any risks related to stock performance, highlight to LMs OTIF.
• Upload monthly volume to system for reporting purpose
• Be the champion in terms of standardizing, systematizing all templates, reports and database as well as continuously striving to improve current tools and methodologies to improve forecasting accuracy.

• Coordinate with Brand, Trade and Supply Chain in the areas of forecasting to ensure the IBPM processes relating to forecasting is running efficiently and develop corrective/mitigating action where applicable.
• Exhibit leadership when engaging with key partners through behaviours and attitudes which are in line with the company’s culture, encourage and drive efficiencies and a positive working culture which reinforces the winning mentality and the display of the right leadership.
• Build and maintain relationships within the department, and partners from Supply Chain, Corporate Finance, Brand and Trade to ensure compliance with the S&OP process relating to demand planning and ensuring the forecast output is consistently applied in all related areas.

• Business planning acumen and ability to translate business information requirements to the source data requirements
• A strong analytical focus to leverage information to support the decision-making process within the business
• Attention to numerical details with accuracy & ability to work under time constraint
• Competent spoken and written English
• Good presentation and communication skill
• High integrity, honesty, curiosity & willingness to learn.
• Understanding of Finance, Financial planning process and stock movement in FMCG is advantageous
• Good Microsoft Skills especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Aspiration to build up career path in Finance & Planning
