ROLE SUMMARY

To bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions - analyzing systems and processes to drive efficiency and innovation.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, support project implementation, and ensure alignment with Global IDT and business goals.

You will play a key role in delivering technology solutions that align with strategic objectives and streamline operations.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Partner with HR, Legal, and Finance teams to gather and analyze business requirements for IDT solutions.
- Collaborate with global and regional IDT Corporate teams to design and deliver aligned technology solutions.
- Translate corporate function needs into detailed functional and technical specifications.
- Identify and recommend technology improvements that enhance efficiency, compliance, and data integrity in corporate processes.
- Support the implementation and optimization of enterprise systems (e.g., HRIS, legal case management, ERP/finance platforms).
- Facilitate process mapping and redesign workshops with corporate stakeholders to streamline workflows.
- Lead and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) for HR, Legal, and Finance applications.
- Ensure IT solutions align with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and audit standards.
EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE
ESSENTIAL
Experience Required
- 2 Years Experience working in IT teams, ideally within a corporate environment.
- Demonstrated ability to gather, document, and analyze business requirements for complex, cross-functional projects.
- Hands-on experience with business process mapping, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Experience collaborating with global and regional IT teams on system implementations and enhancements.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across business and IT.
- Experience in change management, training, and supporting end-users through system transitions.
Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required
- Basic to intermediate understanding of enterprise systems (e.g., HRIS, ERP, legal systems).
- Proficiency in tools for documentation and analysis (e.g., Excel, Visio, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with data analysis, reporting, and SQL or query tools (preferred but not mandatory).
- Understanding of system development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong skills in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and system requirements.
- Ability to map and evaluate business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Ability to build relationships and work effectively with cross-functional and global teams.
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and adapt to evolving business needs.
Education / Qualifications / Certifications Required
- Tertiary qualification or technical certification in IT, Business, or a related field.
BENEFICIAL
- Familiarity with data analysis, reporting, and SQL or query tools (preferred but not mandatory).
- A background in development or experience with no/low-code platforms (e.g., PowerApps, Salesforce, ServiceNow) is highly beneficial to support a solution-oriented mindset.
- Exposure to global business environments or experience working with distributed teams across time zones.
- Understanding of data privacy, compliance, or audit requirements in corporate functions (e.g., GDPR, SOX).
- Experience with workflow or automation tools (e.g., Nintex, Power Automate, Appian).
