ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
The role is responsible for supporting the Line Manager in the day-to-day administrative tasks and activities of the function. You will also have the opportunity to take part in key projects.
Reports to: Functional Manager
Reporting Level: Individual Contributor
Geographic Scope: Local

- Provide administrative support to the team
- Supporting the functional operations
- Supporting the execution of key projects
- Supporting any ad-hoc tasks within the team

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- A degree holder in Business, Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain, Human Resources, Marketing or related discipline. MBA is an added advantage.
- Effective project management, communication and influencing skills
- Developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Previous project management or internship experience is an added advantage
- Ambitious and agile individuals with demonstrated leadership capabilities via extra-curricular activities
BENEFICIAL
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- Strong influencing and interpersonal skills
- Expert in Microsoft Excel, Word & Powerpoint
