BAT’s Digital Business Solution has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Analyst Credit Management (Order to Cash) in Subang Jaya, Malaysia
In this role, you will play a key role in coordinating the credit management process, ensuring that our financial operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your proven expertise and dedication to excellence will help us achieve flawless execution in credit management, thereby contributing to our ambitious goals.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Manage credit portfolio for New Zealand and two other countries, ensuring alignment with company credit policies and risk controls.
- Daily pre-payment and collection efforts by proactively engaging with customers and stakeholders to minimize overdue balances and improve cash flow.
- Perform accurate and timely account reconciliations, ensuring the integrity of financial postings and resolving discrepancies as needed.
- Contribute to the preparation and delivery of monthly KPI reports, ensuring data accuracy and timely submission
What are we looking for?
- Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience working within AR, Credit, Collections, or Customer Service in an FMCG environment.
- Computer literate – SAP, Celonis, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power BI would be an added advantage.
- Positive and proactive attitude (eager to learn, adaptable, and open to new challenges).
- Willing to take on projects and ad hoc tasks beyond routine responsibilities.
- Demonstrates ownership and accountability.
