Your key responsibilities will include:
What are we looking for?
- Deliver continuous and objective consumer journey evaluations (online to offline) by analyzing data, ensuring timely and accurate reports, and supporting digital KPI setting with past campaign data and benchmarks.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Activation, IDT, Consumer Insights & Foresight) and external partners (media and technical agencies) to ensure data accuracy, availability, and holistic consumer insights.
- Track and analyze brand and campaign performance using digital tools (Google Analytics, Sprinklr, Salesforce, SimilarWeb), consolidating results across websites, social media, campaigns, surveys, and dashboards.
- Conduct social listening, competitor analysis, and trend monitoring to generate insight reports for launches and campaigns, identifying optimization opportunities across APMEA South.
- Continuously enhance data quality by exploring new tools and sources, investigating internal/external databases, and expanding current datasets to drive business growth.
Essential experience, Skills and Knowledge
- 1 – 4 years of experienced in Digital Marketing, Data, Analytics, and Digital Agencies with strong credibility in using digital analytics tools and advanced technologies.
- A good communicator who is analytical, agile in dealing with ambiguity, and able to manage pressure effectively.
- Proficient in digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Sprinklr, Power BI, Advanced Excel, SQL, Enterprise Data Platforms) with hands-on experience in data interpretation, consolidation, and report preparation.
- Strong marketing acumen with awareness of global digital trends, consumer behaviour, and commercial insights, enabling the delivery of timely and actionable reports that support business objectives, campaigns, and digital touchpoints.
- Skilled in presenting data-driven insights, embedding new technologies, and engaging stakeholders effectively through clear communication, structured frameworks, and the ability to gain buy-in across all levels.
