Purpose Statement:
To achieve the desired productivity figures at the right quality, while minimizing the amount of waste, on a shift basis, in SMD. The role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of production machines, supporting continuous, safe, and efficient production.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to ensure uninterrupted operation of production machines to meet quantity and quality targets.
Take part in the maintenance of all machines according to the maintenance plan.
Monitor and control waste, working to reduce the amount of production loss.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of machines and processes.
Ensure safety and hygiene in the assigned area and for the machines under responsibility.
Comply with occupational safety, health, and environmental rules.
Accurately and timely complete all required reports and checklists as per procedures.
Complete assigned tasks in IWS workflows (Centerline, Clean & Inspect & Lubricate, Defect Handling, Incident Elimination, Changeover, Maintenance Planning & Scheduling, Change Management, DDS, Shiftly DDS) within the shift.

Required Qualifications :
Technical high school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar manufacturing role.
Knowledge of production machines and auxiliary equipment.
Ability to use mechanical parts and measuring equipment.
Ability to follow established procedures and documentation.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Understanding of safety, hygiene, and environmental rules.

Actively participate in EH&S mindset improvement and initiatives.
