This role represents the HR lead for the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary markets, accountable for shaping and delivering the full people agenda across three markets.
Acting as a trusted advisor and core member of the Czech Leadership Team, the role partners directly with Country Managers and Leadership Teams across all three markets, driving business performance through strategic leadership of talent, organisation, and culture.
The position is also a member of the Area HR Leadership Team, contributing to Area strategy while ensuring strong local execution.
The role requires end-to-end orchestration of HR across markets, combining strategic leadership, transformation ownership, and operational excellence, with full accountability for people outcomes and organisational effectiveness.

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Own and lead the HR strategy across the Czech, Slovakia and Hungary, ensuring alignment with business priorities and Area people agenda, with full accountability for delivery and impact.
- Act as a senior strategic advisor to Country Managers and Leadership Teams, shaping key business decisions related to organisational design, leadership capability, talent deployment and culture.
- Exercise decision-making authority on key people topics, including organisational structures, senior appointments (in alignment with governance), talent moves, and workforce prioritisation.
- Lead and own end-to-end transformation programmes across the cluster (including organisation redesign), ensuring effective execution, stakeholder alignment and sustainable outcomes.
- Drive and govern 3 market wide workforce planning and employment cost strategy, ensuring robust forecasting, financial alignment and proactive decision-making.
- Own the talent and succession agenda, ensuring strong pipelines for critical roles and actively developing leadership capability through coaching and targeted interventions.
- Partner with Reward to shape and implement market-relevant and sustainable reward strategies, influencing key decisions on compensation, incentives and job architecture.
- Champion culture and engagement across markets, leveraging people insights to design and implement targeted actions that improve employee experience and drive performance.
- Ensure effective and consistent delivery of HR operations and recruitment, operating in matrix HR delivery model – acting as partner for CoEs and GBS teams to ensure high quality and impact HR delivery for local organisations
- Own employee relations strategy across all markets, ensuring consistent, compliant and pragmatic handling of complex cases, including engagement with social partners where applicable.
- Drive execution of global and area HR initiatives, ensuring strong localisation, adoption and measurable business impact.
What are we looking for?
Experience Required
- Minimum 8 years experience in HR within a multinational, matrix organisation, including direct exposure to senior leadership teams
- Proven track record of leading HR across multiple countries, clusters or complex business units
- Demonstrated success in driving large-scale transformation and organisational change programmes
- Strong experience in talent strategy, succession planning, organisational design and workforce planning
- Ability to influence, challenge and partner senior business leaders, including Country Managers
- Strong commercial acumen with ability to translate business strategy into people strategy

- Strategic thinking with the ability to balance long-term agenda with operational delivery
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to operate in complex, multi-market environments
- High level of resilience, adaptability and decision-making confidence

Language Skills
- Business fluency in English (mandatory)
- Professional fluency in Czech (mandatory)
- Additional language skills (Slovak and/or Hungarian) as an asset
