British American Tobacco Honduras has an exciting opportunity for a Finance Global Graduate in San Pedro Sula
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Prepares accurate and timely analytical and management reports, including monthly forecasts, annual budgets, and variance analysis to support financial performance tracking.
- Translates financial data into meaningful insights, explaining key drivers and trends to support informed decision-making.
- Contributes to pricing strategies, market and competitor analysis, and the development of robust business cases for investment decisions.
- Supports ad-hoc financial projects and new business initiatives, providing analytical input and financial modeling as needed.
- Acts as a proactive business partner, driving process improvements, fostering a consumer-focused mindset, and promoting teamwork across functions.
¿What are we looking for?
- Bachelor´s degree in Finance, Accounting, International Business, Industrial Engineering or related field.
- Recent graduates.
- Between 1 to 3 years of proven professional experience in Finance or related field (Internship experience is considered.)
- Fluent in English (advanced proficiency in oral & writing.)
- Efficient use of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams.)
- SAP and Power BI knowledge is a plus.
- Open to relocate locally & globally (global mobility).
- Strong analytical skills, business sense and a strategic mentality.
- Are curious, ambitious, innovative, take initiatives, passionate about challenges and communicate clearly.
- Have leadership skills demonstrated through either relevant professional experience or extra-curricular activities within prestigious companies, NGOs, student associations, etc.
