JOB TITLE: EC Jr Executive

What are the key objectives and expectations from this role?
This role is to deliver all the merchandising plans and campaigns in line with yearly trade marketing cycle plans.

- Deliver timely and accurate sales performance reporting and updates on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
- Maintain sales performance databases and ensure data accuracy through regular reporting updates and validation
- Manage order reconciliation, settlement processes, and administrative operations across online sales channels
- Assist in managing owned eCommerce and marketplace channel operations to ensure smooth business performance
- Execute end-to-end daily order processing and shipment operations to ensure timely order fulfilment
- Manage customer service inquiries and operational requests to support issue resolution and customer satisfaction
- Provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth team execution (inc. team MKT expense settlement (PO/GR/IR) )
EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE
ESSENTIAL
Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service Representative (CSR) roles, or at least 1.5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Administration, Overseas Sales Administration, or related support functions
- Proficiency in business email communication in English
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required
- Must Have
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and multiple projects, often with tight deadlines
- Proven track record of on time in full delivery
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Korean as well as good teamwork skills
- High level of attention to detail with strong ownership and ability to stay organized
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (ie. Excel, Powerpoint, Word, etc)
- Interest in Online sales, and/or marketing operations
- Business-level verbal communication skills in English
- Experience using SAP, OMS
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud (SFSC)
- Experience working in a multinational / global company environment
