British American Tobacco Indonesia has an exciting opportunity for an Impact Internship – Trade Marketing & Distribution- Office in Jakarta, Indonesia.
The role supports the Line Manager and Trade Marketing & Distribution team in daily operational activities, reporting, coordination, and project execution. This includes assisting with data tracking, documentation, stakeholder coordination, and ensuring smooth execution of departmental initiatives while gaining exposure to key business projects and cross-functional collaboration
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Provide operational and administrative support to the Trade Marketing & Distribution team.
- Support day-to-day functional operations to ensure smooth team execution.
- Assist in the coordination, logistics, and execution of key projects and business initiatives.
- Support reporting, documentation, and stakeholder coordination as required.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks and assignments to support the team's objectives and priorities.

- Intermediate Excel skills for data tracking, analysis, and reporting.

- Able to support learning activities, including coordination, tracking, and communications.
