Your key responsibilities will include:
Payroll Management
- End to end payroll management and execution
- Validation, cleaning, and processing of payroll data to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely submission.
- Maintain employee records related to payroll, leave, allowances, deductions, and ensure all updates are captured accurately.
- Support audits and reporting requirements by preparing payroll summaries, reconciliations, and documentation as needed.
HR Operations & Administration
- Employee Engagement & Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of company events, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and enhancing employee engagement.
- Talent Acquisition Support: Assist with the hiring process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating assessments, and supporting onboarding activities.
- Vendor management
- Provide general HR administrative and ad-hoc support across the team where required.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-4 years of payroll experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Basic understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proactive and eager to learn with a strong work ethic.
- Enthusiasm for working in a team-oriented environment.
