British American Tobacco Poland has an exciting opportunity for a Business Insights Junior Manager in Warsaw.
Role Summary
As a Business Insights Junior Manager, you will turn data into clear insights and forecasts. You will connect multiple data sources to understand market trends and category performance, helping shape decisions on product, pricing, and distribution.
Your work will directly support business strategy in a consumer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
You will:
- Build automated reports and dashboards (including AI solutions)
- Develop models for forecasting and scenario planning
- Analyse sales and market data (e.g., Nielsen and internal sources)
- Monitor competitors and market trends
- Deliver insights and recommendations for product, pricing, and distribution
- Evaluate marketing effectiveness and suggest improvements
- Present insights clearly to stakeholders, including senior leaders
- Collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams
What We Are Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in analytics, insights, or a similar role (FMCG or agency)
- Experience working with retail audit data (e.g., Nielsen)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to simplify complex data
- Experience in forecasting, modelling, and data visualization (e.g., Power BI)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work across teams and manage multiple priorities
- Degree in a relevant field and fluent English
