British American Tobacco has an exiciting opportunity for a Commercial Finance Specialist in Warsaw!
We are seeking a Commercial Finance Specialist, responsible for supporting Commercial Finance Department in business partnering, building pricing recommendations, assisting in decision-making process and revenue forecasting and reporting. It will give you an opportunity to engage with various internal stakeholders and develop your financial knowledge, build clearer and more confident communication, and understanding of the business.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting pricing agenda for the Polish market by assisting in building recommendations regarding pricing strategy, product launches, and price changes
- Supporting business partnering and commercial support for Trade and Marketing Departments
- Prepare and deliver management reports, including profit and loss statements, variance analyses, performance indicators and related commentaries
- Support cost forecasting and revenue planning during regular reporting cycles
- Seeking improvements within finance processes, optimizing reporting tools and supporting ad-hoc projects and business cases
What are we looking for?
- Proven working experience in Finance, preferably in an FMCG organization
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and advanced in MS Excel
- Commercial approach with a proactive, business-partnering attitude
- Proficient in English (written and spoken) with strong interpersonal skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow in finance
