British American Tobacco Poland has an exciting opportunity for a Digital and Social Media Specialist in Warsaw!
Join our team as a Digital and Social Media Specialist to play a pivotal role in delivering engaging content and online activations that drive brand equity for glo™. In this role, you will also supervise PR event coordination, ensuring brand consistency across product displays, ambassador engagements, and online content storytelling.
Your key responsibilities will include
- Drive the glo™ activation calendar by implementing social media content across PR events, handling daily operations from planning to KPI performance tracking.
- Proactively monitor social media channels to manage mentions, comments, and messages, ensuring the brand maintains a timely and engaging online presence.
- Continually research and implement emerging social trends and best practices while ensuring strict adherence to brand guidelines and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with external agencies and influencers, supervising content production and developing comprehensive creative briefs for photo shoots and video assets.
- Partner with external creators and PR media, while working closely with internal teams (Legal, CRM, Campaign) to improve campaign reach and strategic alignment.
What are we looking for?
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in social media management, digital marketing, PR, or online/offline sales.
- Creative thinker with a strong curiosity about social media trends and with a sense of aesthetics in content creation and offline event activations.
- Effective communication skills paired with a proactive "can-do" attitude.
- Skilled in MS Office Suite and hands-on experience with social media publishing platforms (e.g. Meta Business Suite).
- Full professional proficiency in both English and Polish is required.
