British American TobaccoPOLAND has an exciting opportunity for a Junior Marketing Business Analyst in WARSAW!
We are looking for a Junior Marketing Business Analyst who will help maintain and support digital solutions across several European markets. While this is a junior role, we're looking for someone who is technically curious, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to build expertise in e-commerce technologies.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow at the intersection of technology, digital marketing, and business operations.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Support the day-to-day operation and maintenance of e-commerce platforms and connected digital solutions for Hungary, Austria, and Baltic countries (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania).
- Help resolve technical incidents and issues affecting online sales and customer experience in Poland and Germany.
- Coordinate with external vendors and technology partners while working closely with local and global Digital Marketing and Technology teams.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into clear tasks for technical teams.
- Support the implementation of new digital solutions and enhancements while ensuring systems comply with company standards and processes.
What are we looking for?
- 1+ year of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, business analysis, IT support, or a similar field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a curiosity about technology and digital platforms.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn, and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and priorities.
- Familiarity with Shopify or Magento, APIs and integrations, online payments, incident management tools, web technologies or Agile principles is a plus.
