British American Tobacco Serbia has an exciting opportunity for an IDT Operations Services Analyst in Vranje
The position holder will lead the execution of local Operations IDT Services activities to support Business plan delivery.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring implementation of the global IDT strategy in business through definition of business requirements, execution of IDT projects and deployment and management of agreed services via applications and technologies
- Plays an important role in the application-related aspects of designing, testing, operating and improving IDT services, as well as in developing the skills required to operate, supervise and review the IDT organization's applications.
- Develop, maintain, optimize and maintain IDT local infrastructure, with focus on local network and data center
- Monitors and improves cybersecurity position of the site, acting proactively, but also responding fast in case of cybersecurity incident and following latest BAT procedures
- Preparing IT Service Continuity plans in response to Business Continuity Plans, including regular updates and testing
- Ensure governance, compliance and performance of relevant IDT vendors / service providers / contractors via appropriate contracts and Service Level Agreements, keeping them actual for the services/goods provided
- Ensure resolution of IDT issues impacting business performance - act as the escalation point for IDT in the Business Unit
- Manage finance and budgets (forecasts, actual vs planned., etc) for business-as-usual activities and projects on time, taking care of budget utilizations and savings opportunities
- Business analysis activities in support of the deployment of global / regional / local solutions
- Ability to lead people in efficient and motivating way in accordance with legal framework, leadership people skills
What are we looking for?
- University degree - graduated
- Proficient level of English and Serbian language
- 3 - 5 years of work experience including a business facing IDT role and/or IDT Services environment
- Experience in large global organization using in-sourced and out-sourced IDT services and working with standard global processes
- Skills in project management, change management and project life cycle planning skills will be considered an advantage
