British American Tobacco Poland has an exciting opportunity for a Business Insights Specialist in Warsaw
As a Business Insights Specialist, you will turn data into clear insights and forecasts. You will connect multiple data sources to understand market trends and category performance, helping shape decisions on product, pricing, and distribution.
Your work will directly support business strategy in a consumer-focused environment.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Build automated reports and dashboards (including AI solutions) and develop models for forecasting and scenario planning
- Analyse sales and market data (e.g., Nielsen and internal sources) and monitor competitors and market trends
- Deliver insights and recommendations for product, pricing, and distribution
- Evaluate marketing effectiveness and suggest improvements and present insights clearly to stakeholders, including senior leaders
- Collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams
What are we looking for?
- 2+ years of experience in analytics, insights, or a similar role (FMCG or agency), with experience working with retail audit data (e.g., Nielsen).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to simplify complex data and turn insights into actionable recommendations.
- Experience in forecasting, modelling, and data visualization (e.g., Power BI).
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work across teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Degree in a relevant field and fluent English
