British American Tobacco POLAND has an exciting opportunity for a Reporting & Data Product Owner in WARSAW
The Reporting & Data Product Owner ensures that the business has reliable, governed and accessible data to run digital operations across CX Teams Central Europe. The role acts as the business owner (SPOC) for dashboards and data availability, translating business needs into clear requirements and partnering with IT Team and data streams to deliver scalable dashboard solutions (Power BI) and consistent KPI definitions.
This position is not passionate about ongoing performance analysis; instead, it is responsible for building and maintaining the data foundations, reporting products and access governance that enable markets and teams to self-serve insights confidently.
Key success factors include customer management, structured requirement gathering, basic technical literacy in data/reporting ecosystems, and strong ownership over delivery, quality, and adoption.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Handle the pipeline of dashboards and reporting solutions based on business needs
- Build, connect & maintain Power BI dashboards using multiple raw data sources
- Translate business requirements into KPIs and data/reporting specifications
- Collaborate with other business functions to ensure high accuracy & relevance across data tools
- Coordinate UAT and ensure solutions are accessible & ready for business use
- Supervise data quality through ongoing validation and identify/accurate data issues
- Maintain documentation of critical metrics, data sources & mapping
- Act as a main point of contact for reporting-related requests
- Support adoption of dashboards and improve reporting processes
What are we looking for?
- 2+ years’ experience in data enablement, reporting, BI/dashboards, or digital analytics operations
- Strong ability to translate business needs into dashboard/reporting requirements and user stories
- Solid understanding of reporting ecosystems and tools:
Power BI, Excel (required)
Familiarity with data sources / tagging / digital tools (GA4 / Adobe stack) is an advantage
- Experience working with IT/data teams (delivery tracking, backlog, testing, release)
- Good understanding of data governance (access, roles, consistency, documentation)
- Strong communication skills; ability to align multiple customers and drive decisions
- Proactive, structured, independent and delivery-focused attitude
- Proficient in English
