British American TobaccoGreece has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Route to Market Executive in Athens.
As a strategic partner to the business, this role supports the Route to Market (RtM) Manager by delivering insights, analysis, and planning to enable commercial success. The position also acts as a key liaison across functions - such as Finance, Supply Chain, and Sales - ensuring effective execution of critical initiatives and operational excellence.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Collaborate with the RtM Manager and National Sales Manager to provide high-quality commercial insights and advice.
- Preparing and monitoring sales targets for all first-line customers.presenting account progress reports and quarterly updates to key collaborators and team members. Delivering regular performance reports and forecasts for both internal and external partners.
- Maintain and optimize sales and trade-related databases, ensuring data integrity and finding opportunities for efficiency improvements.
- Prepare business cases and scenario analyses for revenue growth opportunities, particularly in new product categories.
- Support the development and execution of monthly forecasts, category targets, budgets, and investment proposals.
- Analyzing sales trends and market data, providing actionable insights and corrective plan; Monitoring competitor activity and market developments to inform commercial strategy.
- Supporting budget planning and tracking for internal functions and client-facing initiatives.
- Coordinate Field Force (FF) operational procedures and ensure alignment with regional sales teams.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a global FMCG or similarly fast-paced, data-driven environment.Solid experience in Sales is a must
- Strong background in financial planning & analysis, performance metrics, and commercial insight development.
- Fluency in English and Greek (written and spoken).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across departments.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI experience is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and leadership skills with the ability to adapt to different audiences and levels of seniority. A continuous improvement mindset and willingness to challenge the status quo.
