British American Tobacco Hellashas an exciting opportunity for a Brand Manager HP (FTC) in Athens, Greece.
This position is part of our ambitious Western Europe Area Marketing team based in Athens, and you will be responsible for Heating Product (HP) Category (glo) for Greece and Cyprus. You will be the key reference for all growth teams within Western Europe Area team and work closely with the Senior Brand Manager, to develop portfolio, consumer & commercial strategy for Heating Product category in Western Europe and more specifically for Greece & Cyprus.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Main SPOC person with IBG (Global Teams)/ Region for HP Category for all WE & ensure proper alignment across all teams (WE, Region, Central team). Participate in all HP Category meetings driven by IBG & Region. Provide & consolidate input for all WE markets to Region.
- Be a real product expert and a true brand ambassador, acting as key point of contact for the local business needs related to the heating product category. SPOC person with Global R&D teams for WE HP.
- Understanding consumer insights (CDF & multiple tracking tools) is key to be able to identify growth opportunities and recommend corrective actions for the category
- Work in close collaboration with x-functional teams within Area and local end market and more specifically with Area and local Consumer Experience teams, Area Insights team for Category KPIs (Area view), local Planning, Trade and SC teams.
- Accountability of New Product Introduction (NPI) for HP category in Greece & Cyprus: identify product specs as per Global Product requirements, manage packaging briefing and legal/ regulatory compliance alignment and packaging artwork approvals. Participate (if needed or delegate to team) in main NPI process meetings as key marketing point of contact.
- Own a high record track in different stakeholders’ management; being responsible for end-market strategic management & co-ordination.
- Prepare presentations for monthly meetings and Internal Stakeholders alignments, etc.
- Creative Agency management, leading briefings for product related communications
- Manage budget and related category expenditure in ongoing basis throughout the year, ensuring accurate budget tracking of all initiatives.
- Manage Cycle plan actions and update of product initiatives in internal NPI system platform.
- Support actively on SMP (Strategic Marketing Plans) for WE HP once per year as a starting point of Annual OMP (Operational Marketing Plans)
What are we looking for:
- Ideally 4+ years of relevant experience
- University degree in Economics, Finance, Marketing or similar business relevant area
- Master’s degree would be a plus
- Fluency in English & Greek, both written and spoken
- MS Office Tools - excellent knowledge
