Role Title Digitalization Manager

Role Purpose
The Digitalization Manager drives the design, deployment, and adoption of digital solutions that enhance the connectivity, visibility, and performance of the end-to-end supply chain.
The role acts as a catalyst for digital transformation across suppliers, factories, primary and secondary logistics through identifying pain points, simplifying processes, and deploying scalable, industry-leading technology solutions.
This position plays a critical role in shaping the future supply chain ecosystem by leveraging analytics, automation, and emerging technologies to unlock value.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the digitalization roadmap for supply chain, aligned with global business and technology strategies.
- Identify opportunities for automation, simplification, and digital enablement across E2E supply chain processes.
- Support strategic initiatives such as (and not limited to) smart factory, digital twins, supply chain synchronization and integrated business planning.
- Lead digital projects from concept through deployment, including scoping, design, testing, training, and roll-out.
- Partner with IT/DT, global teams, vendors, and supply chain SMEs to deliver high-quality digital solutions (e.g., RPA, dashboards, advanced planning systems, AI-driven forecasting).
- Drive development of BI dashboards, predictive analytics models, and value-driven insights for improved decision-making.
- Support the integration of category, factory, logistics, and financial data into unified digital platforms. Identify manual, repetitive, or error-prone processes and drive automation through RPA, workflows, and self-service tools.
- Promote lean practices and ensure digital tools complement process improvement. Conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate value delivery.
- Act as a bridge between supply chain teams, manufacturing, digital/IT teams, and global transformation programs.
- Champion a digital-first mindset and foster a culture of innovation. Facilitate training, capability building, and digital literacy initiatives across the supply chain function.
- Be a center-point of cost efficiencies through digitalization.
Key Deliverables
- E2E Supply Chain Digitalization Roadmap (annual refresh).
- Standardized and automated KPIs and dashboards
- Digital solutions for inbound supply, manufacturing, primary and secondary logistics (outbound to last mile e.g., automation, digital workflows, control towers).
- Robust data governance model and improved data quality metrics.
- Efficiency gains (cost savings, effort elimination, work hours saved, error reduction, improved cycle times, automated data/decision-making).
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Essential
- 5–10 years’ experience in supply chain, digital transformation, operations, or business process improvement.
- Strong understanding of E2E supply chain processes (planning, manufacturing, warehousing, logistics).
- Hands-on experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau), automation tools (RPA – UiPath/Power Automate), and data modelling.
- Strong project management experience in deploying digital/technology solutions.
- Ability to translate business needs into digital requirements and vice versa.
